I know that depression can be very huge load to carry.

Have you tried giving that load to Jesus?

Jesus loves you! Just the way you are.

He paid for all your sins already.

You keep trying to hang onto that load.

don’t you see that when you realize what your true purpose is you will finally be set free. Our purpose is to Love, Honor and Worship God.

this may seem bit confusing to you at this time, but I welcome you to say this prayer:

“I believe in God the Father and that you God raised your son Jesus from the dead and that He paid for all my sins. I ask for forgiveness I know Father that you are there and that you can hear me cry out to You within the depths of my soul that I long for you. I long to be loved. I longed to hugged. & I can feel your arms around me and your gentle voice saying “I love you. I forgive you. & I will never let you go.” I ask that you guide me out of my cell. so that I may come to you, develop a strong relationship with you. Thank you God.”

Please remember that if you have established a plan on how to about this or keep contemplating with this idea… I urge you to tell someone about it. God uses other people to help out, may it be a doctor, a hospital, or a healthcare practitioner.
