She also said that if we want to receive the Holy Communion back, we must go to confession first. Then only after that we can receive the Holy Communion back. What is your opinion about this matter? For me, it doesn't seems to be right.

You’re absolutely right. You are made worthy to partake in communion through Jesus’ finished work on the cross. I would strongly advise that if this is what the church requires that you not participate. It is wrong. I would suggest finding another church, a Protestant church (especially a Spirit-filled one), that is not based on rules,  works, and traditions of man but is based on Jesus and grace by faith.
