Anonymous asked: Is God already chosen the one who will be our husband/wife in future? Or is it our free will? Do you believe in predestined thing?

I feel as if sometimes we can get so caught up in a moment or so focused on what’s going to happen that we miss out on the very moment we’re in.

Wanting to spend our lives with someone is a great thing! But I feel like we tend to get so obsessed or so focused or even so worried that we end up moving in our own strength. And most relationships that are started within our own strength end up going down hill and have left millions in heartache and in some cases have even lead some astray from God. 

God wants to give someone special to each of us. Someone precise and patterned specifically for each of us. But in order to find that person, we need to rest in God and believe that he is going to graciously stumble that person into our life. 

Jesus said, “Happy and blessed is the person who trusts in the Lord.”

Nothing is impossible for God. All is possible for the one who believes and has faith. 

God will bring that person into your life someday. I wouldn’t even stress it. 

But in order to get there, you have to be able to handle a relationship with God first. And when the big guy upstairs sees that you can handle a relationship with him, then on his perfect timing, he’ll bring that person into your life.

And it may take sometime but you’ll see it was worth it. 

The BEST is yet to come. Don’t settle for anything less other than God’s best for you.
