Anonymous asked: I am a fairly new Christian. What I have a hard time understanding is, why do Christians learn so much about Jesus, and not about God. Shouldn't we be learning and praying to him? Isn't it one in the same how Catholics idolize Mary, she is Jesus' mother, why is it okay for Christians praise Jesus, and not okay for others to praise Mary? I mean, Jesus is the son of God, so aren't we doing kind of the same thing? Sorry if this was confusing, I was trying my best to put it in words. lol

Hi!

Jesus is God! [Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”] John 14:6

Jesus said in John 10:30 “I and the Father are one.” This is the trinity, God is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit at the same time. Worship Jesus is not idolatry, God said to angels worship Him in Hebrews 1:6 (And when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says, “AND LET ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD WORSHIP HIM.”)

Only for Jesus we can come to the Father, His blood set us free!! You can you pray to Jesus with confidence.. “Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” John 14:13 :)

If you still have doubts, ask God for understanding! He tell us in Luke 11:9 “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

Blessings!!

Anonymous asked: So I have been been a Christian my whole. I was the kind of christian that believed In God but lived a whole different way.... The past 6 months I have been trying to get to know God. I've been hungry for his word and desperate for his holy spirit and just knowing that God is there, and its almost as if I get nothing. I've been praying for peace at mind and understanding of his word. I want to be in love with Jesus,I want to be a powerful women of God but don't know how...

Thats awesome! God wants everything of you, and you want everything of God! This is the beginning of a relationship with He!

God tell us in Luke 11:9 “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” God is desperate for your love! You only have to tell Him: God, I want to see your glory!, God I need you more than everything! and He will run to you, like prodigal son story “So he got up and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion for him, and ran and embraced him and kissed him”(Luke 15:20) “But we had to celebrate and rejoice, for this brother of yours was dead and has begun to live, and was lost and has been found.” (Luke 15:32) That’s a beautiful story!

And is good go to the church and and share songs, verses and God’s presence with your spiritual family! And eventually you will see the spiritual fruits!

We will pray for you! Blessings!

Hi :)

A question to ask yourself- is there any habitual sin in your life?

Is there something hindering your fellowship with God?

If there is, you should turn away from it…

If that is not the case… There are times when we don’t feel like we dancing on the mountain tops… It’s ok… There are seasons on our lives when we feel like we are in the wilderness…

But these times are all the more special because it truly shows us how much we are in need of God’s grace and help!

Continue to walk through this ‘wilderness’… And keep doing His will and meditating on His Word… You will find that this season brought you much more closer to God! :)

I also went through such phases… But God provides at the right time… He wants you to realize that He alone carries you… not people, not circumstances.

Wisdom comes from God alone… Pay attention to the Spirit and He will guide you!

blackteethandwhitetees-deactiva asked: Hey guys!! My name is Kris and I am so confused on what God wants me to be like for my career, and I was wondering if any of you guys have any advice because I was in college but dropped out because I was so confused and didnt know what I wanted to do with my life. So please help me out!! Thanks so much Love your blog btw!!

In order to find your true calling, you need to: Establish a relationship with God.

Once you have that relationship established with God, you need to find what your purpose is. Yeah, I know that’s where we began. But here’s the fact: Everyone’s purpose is the same.

We’re all called to honor, love and worship God. When and only when we comprehend this, is when we move forward.

Now we come to serve God.. But How?

Well. The Holy Spirit gives different gifts to different people.

Some people know their gifts right away and others don’t.

So this is what i’m going to suggest for you to do:

First: You need to ask God.

You need to pray fervently.

You need to Learn the power of His word. When we call upon God with an open mouth and a humble spirit, He listens.

Pray for 7 days. Fast for a few hours on those days too.

Or give up something that really will be an offering. Like the internet, phone, etc…

Open your heart to HIm. Say, “God I really want to serve You, but I don’t want to make a mistake. Show me the path that You have laid out for me.”

You gotta Have your spiritual eyes and ears open. God will answer you.

How? Through a person, a magazine, a show/movie….. You will know it is not a coincidence because you’ll have the Holy Spirit. You will have your ears and eyes open (which leads us back to that true relationship).

First: Relationship

Second: Purpose

Three: Serve

1 Corinthians 12:1.11 Spiritual Gifts

Now I’m inviting you to say this prayer with me. (Say this out loud with an open heart)

“God Father. I confess with my mouth that Your Son Jesus is my only God and Savior. I believe in my heart that you resurrected your son Jesus from the dead. In the name of Jesus, I ask for Your forgiveness for all my sins and I repent for having offended you.

On this day, I have decided to forgive those who have offended me. I also ask for forgiveness to all the people I have offended. In the name of Jesus I ask this of you.“

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

God Bless Yah friend!
