alright boys and girls! we have a super COOOOLLL read today!
today we are gonna speak about one of the many extraordinaries stories of king david! but this one is for moral issues, and #ministryproblems.
so the prologue is that david after escaping and have been on the run from king saul, david has assembled his “avengers” his army. saul at this time gets distracted by chasing david and the Philistines attack israel, and saul is like “BRO, WE NEED TO STOP CHASING THIS DUDE DAVID AND LETS GO DEFEND OUR CITY!” now the thing is that saul gets over-run and saul sees hi’s innevitable demise, so saul takes hi’s OWN LIFE! (wow dude bummer) so then we get to the moral of the story!
1 After the death of Saul, David returned from striking down the Amalekites and stayed in Ziklag two days.2 On the third day a man arrived from Saul’s camp with his clothes torn and dust on his head. When he came to David, he fell to the ground to pay him honor.
3 “Where have you come from?” David asked him.
He answered, “I have escaped from the Israelite camp.”
4 “What happened?” David asked. “Tell me.”
“The men fled from the battle,” he replied. “Many of them fell and died. And Saul and his son Jonathan are dead.”
5 Then David said to the young man who brought him the report, “How do you know that Saul and his son Jonathan are dead?”
6 “I happened to be on Mount Gilboa,” the young man said, “and there was Saul, leaning on his spear, with the chariots and their drivers in hot pursuit.7 When he turned around and saw me, he called out to me, and I said, ‘What can I do?’
8 “He asked me, ‘Who are you?’
“‘An Amalekite,’ I answered.
9 “Then he said to me, ‘Stand here by me and kill me! I’m in the throes of death, but I’m still alive.’
10 “So I stood beside him and killed him, because I knew that after he had fallen he could not survive. And I took the crownthat was on his head and the band on his arm and have brought them here to my lord.”
11 Then David and all the men with him took hold of their clothes and tore them.12 They mourned and wept and fasted till evening for Saul and his son Jonathan, and for the army of the Lord and for the nation of Israel, because they had fallen by the sword.
13 David said to the young man who brought him the report, “Where are you from?”
“I am the son of a foreigner, an Amalekite,” he answered.
14 David asked him, “Why weren’t you afraid to lift your hand to destroy theLord’s anointed?”
15 Then David called one of his men and said, “Go, strike him down!” So he struck him down, and he died.16 For David had said to him, “Your blood be on your own head. Your own mouth testified against you when you said, ‘I killed the Lord’s anointed.’”
2 Samuel 1
now i don’t know if you guys caught it, but the little dude LIED! he was like “I KILLED SAUL, the one whos looking to kill you david!”.
but david knows its a lie, he knew saul killed himself, but just to prove a point, david basicly said, “by your own words, you snare yourself” meaning it was by your own words ,your own deceit that you end up making it true.
moral of the story here kids its that watch what you say dewds. it says in the holy book that “Life and death are in the power of the tongue” (pro.18:21)
now some of you may be asking bro! i can’t speak my mind now? no no no! dudes, im just saying next time you say “bro, i am feeling sick” then guess what, your gonna end up sick! when ever you dont feel good REBUKE it in the name of Jesus saying, “I AM FEELING BETTER THAN EVER” and guess what little dudes, its gonna become a reality!
bottom line dudes is speak positive, no negativo! bless instead of curse, love instead of hate!make it an attitude!
God bless you guys!

30 He must become greater; I must become less.”
31 The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all.32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony.33 Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful.34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.35 The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands.36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
John 3:30-36
now there is many teachings from these scriptures, but today we are going to talk about, good ol’ faith!
many key points have been put in BOLD. so lets start.
now a days we see much affliction in our generation, but with much of this affliction we see a LOT of doubt, and confusion. most people think you need to EARN salvation, that you need to do good deeds in order to REPAY some sort of debt, or the fact that if something does not go right we blame God, we hold to grudges, we seek our own selfish satisfaction. When God made it really simple for us. He made Himself the sacrifice to our debt, so we don’t seek to be higher or greater than anyone, but to be on a LEVEL playing field. that its not about what you give, what you think you did, but more about acknowledging, and understanding, that its ALL about grace, its all about mercy, that our debt is met, because He payed the price! so it is not earned, but its given, the sweetest gift in the whole universe, LIFE, eternal LIFE.
now most of us understand all that but why do we still think things are not working out. its because we are not surrendering everything to Him. the scripture today start brilliantly… “He must increase, as I decrease” what does that mean? that means that my bad nature is gonna get replaced with a good nature, that what i thought is now what He thinks, that what I do, is now what He did. its a call for a CHANGE OF NATURE. to really let GO, and LET GOD work in your life. Its like for example a person needs surgery, and right before the doctor starts the surgery, the patient gets the tools, and tells the doctor,”I don’t think you know what your doing doc, soooooo im gonna do it on my own”. thats what we do when we say “even if your calling my name, id rather spend my life a little more, and maybe later, when i need you God, then i might give you a call, maybe ill submit tomorrow”.
i dont want this study to be “preachy” but this is a word for this season, and it is truly for a reason. now i dont have to add anything to the word, because the word is perfect. so dudes and dudettes! this is the time! this is YOUR TIME! so this time give it ALL! don’t try to change on your own, but let HIM give you HIS nature! and His nature is of LOVE, COMPASSION, and PEACE! (idk about you but i WANT that nature!!!)
this is the year of abundance so receive this word be fruitful and multiply kiddos!!
God bless you guys! Like and share!

xskynetx asked: So I read your post on cursing and I don't see how a group of words created by man are a sin or how the verse referenced makes evidence it's clear. I firmly believe that cursing in prayers are the most honest and bold because it's how I feel and though God knows how I feel we should be just as comfortable with him as we are any friend or relative.
Do you curse around your family? Around your teachers?
What would you think of your Pastor if he or she cursed in every sentence while preaching on the altar or when leading you in a prayer?
Why would a Christian want be so crude and curse around GOD?
A dude named John MacArthur wrote of this verse, “The word for ‘corrupt’ refers to that which is foul or rotten, such as spoiled fruit or putrid meat. Foul language of any sort should never pass a Christian’s lips, because it is totally out of character with his/her new life in Christ.”
James also gives us three natural illustrations to demonstrate the sinfulness of cursing: “People can tame all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and fish, but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison. Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right! Does a spring of water bubble out with both fresh water and bitter water? Does a fig tree produce olives, or a grapevine produce figs? No, and you can’t draw fresh water from a salty spring.”
And Peter goes on to write, “For He who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit.” 1 Peter 3:10
Cursing is seen as very disrespectful.
And as Christians, we are expected to rest on the promises of God, cleansing ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Cursing is antithesis to resting on God’s promises for it is a failure to follow the Lord’s greatest commandment (to love God and to love people. - Matthew 22:37-40).
When we curse an individual, we do not love people and when we curse God, we do not love Him.
The best thing you can do is to truly ask God for forgiveness. And ask Him with all your heart to give you wisdom to understand His truth and His word. Ask Him to guide your path into a road that walks in His righteousness. And ask him to take those words away from your heart.
Be blessed, friend.
