Anonymous asked: Do you think it's bad to try weed, even one time?

Yes&Yes.

Possession of marijuana is illegal. The bible tells us it is wrong to break the laws unless they go against the bible.

“Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.” - Romans 13:1

Getting high on any kind of drug including marijuana messes up your judgment. When you’re high you no longer have control of your actions. God wants us to be sober minded and to avoid spiritual deception.

“Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming.” - 1 Peter 1:13

“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” - 1 Peter 5:8

We should offer the best of what we have for God’s glory. Marajauna is know for keeping people away from reaching their potential.

Also smoking weed can be come a habit.

If you haven’t done weed. I highly recommend you don’t start, not even try it. Don’t fall into temptation.

God Bless

Anonymous asked: Do you think is marijuana evil? Is there anything in the bible that mentions it in any way?

The bible doesn’t really mention the word “marijuana”, but there is some context in the bible that leads us to believe why marijuana isn’t good for christians to use.

First of all Marijuana is a hallucinogen and an addictive. The bible clearly teaches us that God wants nothing to be in control except Him alone. Marijuana messes with your conscience and doesn’t allow let you think for yourself. God wants our minds to be sober.

“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” - 1 Peter 5:8

When you have no control over your own actions, or the words you say, or your mind. That’s a big chance for the enemy to mess with you.

Also, marijuana does nothing good for you, there’s a lot of health risks involved. Marijuana effects your lungs, your heart, your brain, it impairs the immune system from fighting disease, it could also be fatal etc.

God wants us to take care of our bodies, smoking marijuana or anything like it is in no way taking care of our bodies.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

“What sorrow for those who say that evil is good and good is evil, that dark is light and light is dark, that bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter.” - Isaiah 5:20

God bless yah!

Anonymous asked: God made everything in this world, and if everything has a purpose through God's eyes. Then what is the purpose of marijuana? What type of spiritual connection can we achieve through the power of weed that God has put on this Earth. We can do anything in Christ so why has God blessed this Earth with marijuana? Please share your thoughts on the benefits of why God has put this plant on the Earth for us.

You do not need marijuana to make a spiritual connection. The Holy Spirit indwells those who believe. There is no greater connection. No substance can help you make a connection with God.

Marijuana may have purposes outside of it’s normal use as an intoxicant. Just like tobacco has usage outside of smoking, which has proven to be bad. If you get a bee sting you can put some tobacco under the bandage and it helps out a lot. We ferment grapes into alcohol and that was often used to purify water and kill parasites but wasn’t enough to intoxicate someone. Things have their context. Just like words. Words have their context where they are appropriate in culture and meaning. We put meanings into words though. An ass has a proper context but used outside of that an in our culture it isn’t. It isn’t about the words but the spirit and meaning we place on those words.
